Carrot Juice
Dr. Golob often recommends that people with severe, life-threatening health challenges go to an exclusive carrot juice diet until their health restores itself. This provides the nutrients contained in carrots without imposing additional stresses on the body from attempting to process health-depleting substances.
Carrots: Be certain the carrots are fresh and sweet. If they are not sweet they are deficient in the needed vitamins and minerals. Of course, organic are best–but the toxins tend to be expelled with the pulp.
Optional organic ingredients:
- Spinach
- Celery
- Cucumber
- Apple
- Kale
- Lambs quarter
- Watercress
- Carrot tops
- Green onion (start with a very small amount)
Juice, strain and drink as fresh as possible.
