Coconut “Ice Cream”

w/Chocolate Topping (see separate recipe)

1 c cashews, soaked 2-4 hrs

1/2 c macadamia nuts, soaked 1-2 hrs

1/4 c young coconut meat (or coconut oil)

3/4 c agave nectar

1 c coconut water

1 tsp vanilla powder

1/2 c coconut oil
Blend all ingredients in Vita-Mix until smooth. pour into ice-cream maker and follow manufacture’s instructions.
