Green Drink

PURPOSE: An economical way to add vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals and enzymes to your body. Since it is in liquid form it is very readily absorbed into the blood stream. It aids with digestion and normalization of bacterial flora in the intestine. One glass per day for 30 days should cause you to notice an overall improvement in your health.


Apple juice, pineapple juice or clean, chemical-free water
any green and fresh (uncooked) vegetables.
Pour two cups of apple juice, pineapple juice or clean water (distilled or reverse-osmosis and carbon filtered) into a Vita-Mixer (or, blender, if you don’t have a Vita-Mixer). To this add one to two cups of any green and fresh (uncooked) vegetables.

Suggestions: carrot tops, parsley, broccoli, celery, lettuce (not iceberg) comfrey leaves, mint leaves, dandelion greens, zucchini-peel and all
Start Vita-Mixer or blender and run long enough on high speed to liquify the vegetables. (5-10 seconds in Vita-Mixer, 2-5 minutes in a blender.)

Strain and drink the liquid.
