Very good and all alkaline, complete protein profile.

Equal amount of grated carrots and apples.
Add either of:
1 mashed bananas (organic and test)
-or- 1 mashed pear
-or- soaked figs or dates,  cut up.
Then top with grated almonds (almost like a dust
